I was born in Ecuador, South America during a time when my US citizen parents were dreaming about sailing around the world. I spent some of my childhood in California but most of my school years were spent in beautiful Southern Oregon around Roseburg. I later graduated from Linfield College in McMinnville Oregon and moved to Vancouver in 1994 and I have been in the real estate and finance industry here locally ever since.
I now live in my dream home in Camas with my beautiful wife Jennie and our 6 kids. Judge, Justus, James, Joshua, Jewel and Josiah along with my wife are my greatest gifts. We are incredibly blessed and have a lot to be thankful for.
Real Estate is one of my greatest passions. I had over 8 very successful rental properties at the same time and today I own some of my most favorite ones like our nightly condos in Hawaii and Canada and our 16 acre farm by Yale Lake. I worked closely with some of the largest builders in Clark County and learned every step of the construction process. Custom construction homes and loans were at the heart of my business and today they have been replaced by equally as challenging short sale transaction and constantly changing lending regulations. Regardless if you want to buy or sell a short sale property I and my in-house team process them better than anyone.
Helping others to finance real estate is what drives me and dealing with the challenges along the way. Today there is no shortage of challenges and I believe the constant changes are what keep me excited about this industry. Sure, it would nice if everything was easier but hard things tend to be the better things in life. I look forward to helping you with your next challenge and I promise to remove most of the barriers and stress for you.
