All new Realtor transactions counted as of 6/1/09 and as of this date all clients will be given award certificates that must be used to redeem Hawaiian Condo Stay. Only first mortgage loans are counted as of 1/1/07. Standard short term rental contract needs to be signed and refundable security deposit and cancelation policy applies. If for some strange reason you wander from the path and contract the services of a competitor we do not hold grudges but you do restart the order. This is a true loyalty rewards program and not just an expense that is added back to you in the cost of your transaction like most others. We are able to justify this expense due to the fact that we should not have to spend additional marketing dollars on past loyal customers and loyal customers should also already know about our competitive advantage and believe in our superior services. We do reserve the right to withhold this rewards program from anyone. We desire this program to operate with the highest level of integrity and appreciation for our loyal clients.
